REACH support to JAAGO Foundation
JAAGO Foundation In 2007, the founder of JAAGO Foundation, Korvi Rakshand, established a medium for providing quality education, free of cost, to the underprivileged children. Jaago is thriving to change societies' beliefs towards educational institutes. Today, they have 3500 students studying in 12 districts across Bangladesh.REACH wants to extend support to JAAGO Foundation; and wants to praise the organization for making countless efforts to improve the lives of marginalized youth of Bangladesh, through providing quality and sustainable education.
For over 13 years, JAAGO has been providing education for the marginalized communities in Bangladesh. They have built their education system with up-to-date ICT-based digital schooling, with a group of highly-skilled professional teachers. Their focus towards a holistic approach to education enables their students to find their own identities and purpose in life. Jaago foresees working on a much bigger scale to build a smarter, brighter and dignified future for not only the underprivileged children but also for the entire country. JAAGO Foundation has also initiated 'Volunteer for Bangladesh' in 2011, a nationwide youth-platform that connects young volunteers striving towards making a difference in impoverished communities. As of now, there are 35,000 changemakers involved with Volunteer for Bangladesh.
